Looking for a Calendly alternative for financial advisors? Copiafy gives you a booking page like Calendly's, but every booking lands in your client management: the lead, the client file, the portal and the invoice. Calendly is the stronger pure scheduler, with a free plan, calendar sync and automated reminders. Copiafy is the better fit when you want booking and client work in one place.

Disclosure: Copiafy is our product. We compared both tools on the same criteria, using each company's own pricing pages, checked November 4, 2026.
A Calendly alternative is any booking tool that lets clients pick a time and confirm an appointment themselves. For financial professionals, the real question is what happens after the booking: does it stop at your calendar, or does it start the client relationship?
Want to try it as you read? Create your booking page in Copiafy. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

Where Copiafy is different
In Copiafy, a booking is the start of the client relationship, not just a calendar event. The same link that books the call also starts the client's file.
Every booking becomes a lead. People who book a service are added to your leads (you can turn that off per service). Networking calls booked on your "Let's connect" page go to Contacts instead, so they don't clutter your pipeline.
The client has somewhere to go next. After the first call, invite them to a private portal for messages, documents up to 50 MB, and profile updates you approve.
Paid consultations without extra tools. Charge with Stripe when someone books. If you cancel a paid booking, the client is refunded automatically. Invoices for ongoing work live in the same place.
Built for regulated work. Add your disclosure text as a consent step before booking, and show links such as Form CRS or a license lookup on your booking page and in the confirmation email.
You stay in control. For free calls, you can approve each request from an email before it's confirmed, and the time is held until you answer.
Where Calendly is stronger
Calendly is the more complete pure scheduler, and if scheduling is all you need, it costs less.
A free plan. Calendly's free plan covers one event type and one calendar. Copiafy has a 14-day trial, not a free plan.
Calendar sync. Calendly connects up to six calendars on Standard. Copiafy doesn't read or write your Google or Outlook calendar yet; you block busy time in Copiafy and add bookings with "Add to calendar" buttons.
Automated reminders. Calendly sends reminders and follow-ups on Standard. Copiafy doesn't send automatic reminders yet.
Integrations and teams. Calendly connects to HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce and more, and adds round-robin routing on Teams. Copiafy's only integration today is Stripe payments.

Which should you choose?
Choose by what happens after the booking.
Calendly is the better fit if:
you only need scheduling, and your client records live in another system you like;
your calendar must sync both ways, or you rely on automatic reminder emails;
you route meetings across a sales team, or need Salesforce or HubSpot workflows.
Copiafy is the better fit if:
you provide financial services
you want each booking to become a lead, then a client file, without copying details between tools;
you take paid consultations and want the payment, the client and the follow-up in one place;
you want a client portal, documents and invoices alongside booking;
you need disclosures or compliance links on your booking page.
Some professionals keep Calendly for internal meetings and use Copiafy for client bookings. That works too.
What it's worth: the estimated math
Calendly saves you the scheduling emails. Copiafy also saves the work that follows a booking: chasing documents, answering messages, sorting who needs you, booking reviews and onboarding. Here's an estimate, using your own numbers:
Hours saved a month = active clients × minutes saved per client a month ÷ 60
Across scheduling, documents, messages, triage, reviews and onboarding, that's an estimated 14 to 21.5 minutes per client a month.
Estimated time saved with Copiafy Estimate: active clients × 14 to 21.5 minutes a month ÷ 60, valued at $75 an hour
| Your practice (example) | Estimated time saved | Estimated value at $75/hour | Copiafy plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 clients | 2.3–3.6 hours a month | About $175–$270 | Launch, $29 a month |
| 40 clients | 9.3–14.3 hours a month | About $700–$1,075 | Practice, $79 a month |
How to switch from Calendly to Copiafy in about 15 minutes
Copiafy doesn't import from Calendly, so you recreate each event type as a Copiafy service. For most solo professionals that's two or three services.
Step 1: List what you have in Calendly. For each event type, note its name, length, location, price and any questions you ask. Keep your Calendly link live for now, so bookings already on your calendar aren't affected.
Step 2: Create a service for each event type. In Copiafy, go to Scheduling and click New service. Fill in the Service name, Duration (minutes), Your timezone and Location. For a paid consultation, tick Require payment to book, enter the Price (USD), then click Create service. Payments need Stripe connected; Copiafy links you there if it isn't.

Reading along without an account? Create your booking page and pick up again at Step 3.
Step 3: Copy your hours. Each new service starts with Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. On its Availability tab, match your Calendly hours and click Save availability. Copiafy doesn't read your Google or Outlook calendar yet, so add days off and busy dates under Exceptions.

Step 4: Recreate your questions and rules. On the Questions tab, tick the pre-call questions you need. On Settings, set Minimum notice (min), buffers, and any disclosure or compliance links. To approve free calls first, turn on Ask me to confirm each booking.
Step 5: Swap your link everywhere. Copy Your booking link (app.copiafy.com/l/your-handle/book) and replace your Calendly link in your email signature, website, LinkedIn and social bios. To embed it on your site, use the code on the service's Share & Embed tab.

Step 6: Retire Calendly when you're ready. Once your existing Calendly bookings have taken place, turn off your Calendly event types so new bookings come only to Copiafy.

Yes, if you want booking connected to client management. Copiafy turns each booking into a lead and a client file, with a portal, documents and invoices. If you only need scheduling, Calendly is the simpler choice.
Is Copiafy cheaper than Calendly?
Not for scheduling alone. Calendly has a free plan, and its Standard plan is $10 per seat a month on yearly billing. Copiafy starts at $29 a month, but that includes client management, a client portal and invoicing.
Does Copiafy sync with Google Calendar like Calendly?
Not yet. You block busy dates in Copiafy, and you and your clients can add each booking to Google, Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 in one click.

Yes, once you connect Stripe. Tick Require payment to book and set a price of at least $0.50. If you cancel a paid booking yourself, the client is refunded automatically.
