How do I set up a booking page? In Copiafy, you create a service, check your weekly hours, decide whether clients pay when they book, and share your booking link. The service is bookable the moment you save it, so most professionals are live in about 10 minutes.

A booking page is a single web page where prospects and clients see what you offer, pick an open time and confirm the appointment themselves, without trading emails with you. In Copiafy, your booking page lives at app.copiafy.com/l/your-handle/book and lists every active service you offer.
This guide walks through each screen, shows what your client sees on the other side, and covers the limits worth knowing before you share your link.

Why a booking page pays for itself
Every "Does Tuesday at 2 work?" email is unbilled time. A booking page replaces that back-and-forth with one link, and it captures the person's details as a lead while it does.
Here's a simple way to estimate the time you get back. It's an estimate, so plug in your own numbers:
Hours saved a month = active clients × minutes saved per client a month ÷ 60
Scheduling typically costs 1.5 to 2 minutes per client a month in emails, calendar checks and confirmations.
Your practice (example) | Estimated time saved | Estimated value at $75/hour |
|---|---|---|
40 active clients | 60–80 minutes a month | about $75–$100 a month |
100 active clients | 2.5–3.3 hours a month | about $190–$250 a month |
Compare that with the Launch plan at $29 a month. The bigger win is often on the revenue side: new prospects can book, and pay for, a consultation at 11 p.m. on a Sunday, without waiting for you to reply.
Before you start
Plan: Scheduling and booking are on every Copiafy plan, starting with Launch Plan 14-Day Free Trial.
Time: about 10 minutes for one service, plus 5 more if you customize the page text.
Have ready: what your first call is called and how long it lasts, your video link or office address, and your price if you charge.
To take payment: a Stripe account connected under Integrations → Stripe. You can skip this and start with a free service.
Step 1: Open Scheduling and create a service
In Copiafy, go to Scheduling in left menu. The page reads "Let clients book time with you, with or without payment." Click New service (or Create a service if this is your first one).

You should now see the Create a new service panel.
Step 2: Pick a starting point (optional)
Under "Start from one of these, or fill in your own," choose a ready-made option such as Free consultation. Copiafy fills in the name, length, location and page text for you, and you can edit any of it.

Pro tip: Options labeled Meeting (such as Let's connect or Coffee chat) are for networking calls. They're always free and save people to Contacts, not to your leads. For client appointments, choose a service.
Step 3: Fill in the service details
Complete the left-hand fields:
Service name, for example "30-Minute Consultation."
Your link: the end of this service's own address (app.copiafy.com/l/your-handle/book/your-link). It's made from the name; change it if you like.
Duration (minutes): anywhere from 5 minutes to 8 hours.
Your timezone: Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific.
Location: Video call, Phone call, In person or Custom, plus a Meeting link / address if you have one.
Then, on the right, add a Description, a Headline and Subheading for the service's page, and pick a Brand color.

Step 4: Choose free or paid, then create it
For a paid consultation, tick Require payment to book and enter a Price (USD) of at least $0.50. If you haven't connected Stripe, Copiafy shows "Payments not connected yet" with a Connect Stripe link. Leave the box unticked for a free service.
Click Create service.

You should now see a banner saying "[Service name] is live," with your booking link and Copy link button.
Reading along without an account? Create your booking page and pick up again at Step 5.
Step 5: Check your weekly hours
Copiafy opens the service on its Availability tab and gives it Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. Under Weekly hours, untick days you don't take calls and adjust the times, then click Save availability.
To block a holiday or vacation day, go to Exceptions, pick the date, choose Closed all day or Special hours, and click Add exception.

Step 6: Set your booking rules (optional)
On the Settings tab, fine-tune how people book:
Buffer before (min) and Buffer after (min): breathing room between calls.
Minimum notice (min) and Max days in advance: how soon, and how far ahead, people can book.
Thank-you message: shown right after someone books.
Require consent before booking: adds your Disclosure text, such as advisory terms or credit counseling disclosures.
Regulatory & compliance links: click + Add link to show items like Form CRS or a license lookup on your booking page and confirmation email.
Click Save settings. Below it, Who can book and how lets you choose Ask me to confirm each booking (free services only), Unlisted (link only) and Add people who book this to my leads. Click Save.

Step 7: Add pre-call questions (optional)
On the Questions tab, tick the details you want before the call, such as filing status or investment goals, and mark any as Required. Click Save questions.

Step 8: Customize your booking page
Open Booking page (path: Scheduling → Booking page). [confirm menu label] This controls what people see at your main link.
Under Page text:
Service that leads the page gets the big Book button and the next open times. Leave it on Automatic to lead with your first free service.
Headline and Intro: say who you help and what the first call covers.
What happens next: three short steps shown under the intro. Edit them or keep the defaults.
Click Save page text. Under All services, set one Brand colour and Minimum notice for everything, check the Book a time button preview, and click Apply to all. Click View page to see it live.

Step 9: Share your link
Copy Your booking link (app.copiafy.com/l/your-handle/book) from the Scheduling or Booking page screen. Add it to your email signature, website, LinkedIn profile and social bios.
To put the calendar on your own website, open a service's Share & Embed tab, copy the code under Embed on your website, and paste it where you want the calendar to appear.

That's it. Your booking page is live.
What your client sees
When a client opens your link, they see your headline and intro, your leading service with a Book a time button and its next open times, and your other services listed below. Your "What happens next" steps and any compliance links appear on the page too.
They pick a service and a time, then enter their name, email and any pre-call answers.
For a paid service, they pay when they book. Their time is held while the payment clears.
They get a confirmation email with Add to calendar buttons for Google, Outlook.com and Microsoft 365, plus a link to manage the booking.
From that link they can Reschedule or Cancel booking on their own. A paid booking canceled outside your cancellation window is refunded in full.
If you turned on Ask me to confirm each booking, the client sees "Waiting for confirmation" while you decide. You get an email to confirm or decline. If you don't answer in time, the slot is released and they're invited to pick another.
