Create an invoice and send it with a pay link. Your client pays online, the money goes to your own payout account, and the invoice is marked paid on its own. One live pay link per invoice helps prevent duplicate payments. Connect your payout account once, from inside Copiafy. Every invoice stays in the client’s file.
Paid bookings
Charge for a session when the client books it, so a paid call is paid before it starts.
Agreements your clients sign in their portal
Write your engagement agreement once and send it to a client. They read it and sign in their portal, and both of you get a receipt. The signed copy, with its version and date, stays in the client’s file. Remind a client who hasn’t signed, issue a new version when terms change, and print or save a copy for your records.
